This is the unique original Pen & Ink Wash by Cecil Doughty.

Three British soldiers apprehend two Jacobite spies. The spies were onboard a ship in Dover Harbour attempting to escape to France. From a series called Counterplot that ran for several issues.

This example was published in Look and Learn issue 443, 11th July 1970.
